    Longliye, Longliye is a kind of southern medicine and Zhuang medicine with Lingnan national characteristics. The dry leaves are egg-shaped or obovate-lanceolate, tongue-like, apex blunt or rounded with small tips, base short-pointed and nearly round, entire margin, withered yellow or black-green, with prominent midrib on the back of the leaf and feathers on the side veins Shaped, the network veins are closed near the edge. Paper, thicker. Slight gas, light taste. Larger and complete pieces are preferred. Mainly produced in Guangdong, Guangxi. This product is the dried leaf of Euphorbiaceae Euphorbiaceae, also known as Longliye, Longtongye, Longweiye, etc. Harvest in summer and autumn, and dry in the shade (not directly exposed to the sun, otherwise the leaves will be yellow and inferior); or when the shade is 70% to 80% dry, the leaves are stacked and bundled into small bundles, covered with cattail mats, and dried in the sun until fully dry.
       Asparagus leaves were included in the "Chinese Pharmacopoeia" in the 1970s. The 2020 edition of "Chinese Pharmacopoeia" records that the leaves of asparagus are sweet, light, and flat in nature, and belong to the lung and stomach meridians. It is often used for diseases such as dryness of lung, cough, excessive phlegm, sore throat, aphonia, dry mouth, and constipation. It is also used for the treatment of diseases such as bronchitis, bronchial asthma, tuberculosis cough, and sore throat.
   In modern clinics, it is often used as an adjuvant treatment for acute bronchitis, bronchial asthma, tuberculosis and other diseases. Secondly, asparagus leaves contain natural volatile oil, which has a laxative effect, can promote intestinal peristalsis, accelerate the excretion of feces, and relieve the symptoms of constipation. Longan leaves have the effects of clearing the lungs, resolving phlegm, promoting body fluid and moistening the throat, and are commonly used in the treatment of cough due to lung heat and throat diseases. For patients with chronic pharyngitis or chronic laryngitis, manifested as dry throat, sore throat, cough, yellow or less phlegm, pharyngeal congestion, lymphoid follicle hyperplasia, and syndrome differentiation of lung dryness and yin deficiency or excessive heat in the lung and stomach. Add longan leaves to enhance the curative effect.
       Cantonese people like to use asparagus leaves and pork to make soup for dietary therapy, which has the effects of clearing away heat and moistening lungs, reducing phlegm and relieving cough. Asparagus leaves have a long history of being used as therapeutic soup in Guangdong. According to the records of "Guangdong Traditional Chinese Medicine", folks in Guangdong Province, Hong Kong and Macao are used to drinking this product with lean pork soup.        1. Seabed Coconut Loquat Leaf Dragon Leaf Pig Zhan Soup
       Ingredients: fresh asparagus leaves 1 bundle about 73 grams, stone yellow skin 114 grams, 5 seabed coconuts in a pack, 15 grams of southern and northern apricots, 350 grams of pork meat, 2 candied dates, 3 liters of water, 1 fresh loquat leaf 26 gram
       Method: 1. Wash the pork belly, cut into pieces and drain, and set aside; 2. Wash the stone yellow skin, put it in a fresh-keeping bag and crush it; 3. Wash the dragon's leaf, loquat leaf, southern and northern apricot, and candied dates separately; 4. Plane off the rough skin of the seabed coconut, wash and cut into pieces; 5.        Ingredients: 6 pieces of fresh asparagus leaves, half a Luo Han Guo, 1 large Sydney pear, 2 tablespoons of northern and southern apricots, lean meat as you like, 1300 ml of water
       Method: 1. Wash the lean meat with water. Soak the northern and southern apricots, mangosteen and asparagus leaves, clean and set aside. Sydney pears are peeled, cored and cut into large pieces. Fresh asparagus leaves are available in the market, but I have not tried the dried ones, so I don't know how effective they are. The remaining half of Luo Han Guo can be put into a storage box and stored in the refrigerator, and it will be boiled tomorrow. 2. Add hot water to the pot, roll it up and put in the ingredients. 3. Bring to a boil on high heat for 10 minutes, then turn to low heat and simmer for 60 minutes, until about 3 bowls are ready.

       3. Asparagus Leaf Apple Pear Vegetable Soup
       Ingredients: 4 apples, 4 pears, 70g asparagus leaves, 20g southern and northern apricots, 115g fresh white fruit, 1 tangerine peel, 3 figs, 3 liters of frozen boiled water, appropriate amount of salt.

       Ingredients: 30 pieces of longli leaves, 20 pieces of stone yellow skin, 1-2 pears, 4 pieces of honeycomb sugar, 20 pieces of Chuanbei, 20 pieces of northern and southern apricots
       Method: After washing all the ingredients, boil 10 bowls of water for 1 hour.

       5. Loquat leaf loquat leaf stone yellow skin pear dry soup
       Ingredients: 1 tael of asparagus leaves, 1 tael of loquat leaves, 2 taels of stone yellow skin, 1 tael of southern and northern apricots, 1 tael of dried Sydney pear, 350 grams of red meat, 1800 ml of water
       Method: 1. Wash the longan leaves and loquat leaves, soak the northern and southern apricots, and set aside. 2.
